We have decided we need to get a house first - so we are in the process of getting approved for a mortgage. Then we will pick up the home study again. Hoping to be able to stay in the country. We enjoy having no neighbors! But usually that is accompanied with a big price tag!! But we found one not far from where we are and its 2 acres across the street from a cow farm. It was built in 1850 and needs some work. We haven't checked everything out - foundation etc. so we will see.
