.....was VERY smart in starting tracking numbers online!!!! I have checked - checked - and checked again!! As soon as we get these - its back to the UPS store and overnight them to WACAP!!! I'm so EXCITED to get these papers on their way to India!! Maybe by the end of 2007!!! The lady in charge of the India program says POSSIBLE August travel! BUT there are at least 2 families that I know of that their court dates keep getting postponed :( One family though is FINALLY traveling right after Christmas. Their daughter is from the same orphanage as "N" so I will get some new pictures!!!! Their paperwork went to India last December :( So it could be this time next year!
