I have decided to run the Indianapolis Women's Half Marathon as my first half marathon :-) What I am working towards? 1.) 3 Hours Goal = 13.44 Minute Mile.....which I can do for 2-4 miles. 13.1....hmmm not so much! 2.) Be at goal weight....if it kills me! About 50 pounds to go! 3.) Get monthly mileage up to 35 Miles a week. More than double what I am doing this week! 4.) Long run to 14 miles. 4-6 is the "long" run right now! 5.) Find something cute to wear for the Pictures!!!
