We made Dish Soap.

* 2 cups of castile soap
* A few drops of essential oil
* 1/2 cup of water

To make the soap, follow these instructions.

1. Combine two cups of liquid castile soap with 1/2 cup of warm water.
2. Add a few drops of essential oils for a pleasant scent.
3. Shake or mix well and place in a squeeze bottle.
4. Shake the soap well before using.

What's castile soap? (I've subbed to this thread if you wanna just comment back here, I'll see it!) I have a few empty bath and body works bottles I've been wanting to find something to put in it, this might work! I already use one bottle for my dish soap, I just put the "Joy" from the BIG bottle in the B&BW bottle. It's easier to use with the pump I think.

It is a soap that is made from vegetables (I think??)
It is at the health food stores....

Honestly I don't like the soap :) It is runny..... and is NOT a degreaser!

Ya know there is a "green" group on cafemom.....ther have OODLES of recipes for soaps and what not...if you are interested I can let ya know which one it is.

That is the group I found my laundry detergent on and that I LOVE!!!
