2 Things this morning :)

First things first........Good Bye 3......HELLO 4!!! We have a 4 yr old this morning!!!!!!!! We are having a "party" for her, and her brother who turns 11 on Sunday, tomorrow night. Great Grandparents are making the trip this morning, grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousin too :)

Makes me wonder about that day. About her birth. About her first Mom. Her birth Mom. What was she thinking as she dropped her off "somewhere". I thank God for keeping her safe. I thank her first Mom for choosing life.

Then I thought I would share what God "said" to me yesterday :)......The kids and I have been listening through the Bible on cd and we are behind (those weekends really get us!) Anyhow yesterday we were listening to Philippians:

4Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
5Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

I love those verses and needed to be reminded of them yesterday.

THEN we go to Wednesday Evening Church and have a guest speaker. Guess what book he preached from..........Philippians :) Exact Same Verses!!! He says, "If I would name this sermon I would call it "JESUS DOES IT AGAIN"

OK I HEAR :)

But just in case I needed any more clarification......one of my bestest friends sent me this:
Faith sees the invisible, believes the impossible, receives the incredible...No matter what was...Faith moves the unmoveable, proves the unprovable, for anyone willing to trust....believe and you'll see what Faith Does....
