- 780 Miles for 2011 (12 Per Week)
- Go from 4 to 8 Miles for the Weekly "Long" Run
- Finish Bridge to 10k
- Run 10k in August
- Run 15k in November
- Up Monthly "Goal" 44 to 65 Miles a Month.
- Loose another 40-50 Pounds.
