Breakfasts:Baked French Toast
Home Made Zucchini Bread

Chicken Brushetta
Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip
Charlie's Potato Soup
Meat Loaf and Mashed Tators
Quesadillas
Charlie's Potato Soup:
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Diced Potatoes
1/2 Cup Diced Carrots
1/2 Cup Diced Celery
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
10 oz Package of Broccoli
Salt and Pepper to Taste
White Sauce:
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
Combine top group of ingredients in a large pot. Boil 10-12 minutes
For the white sauce: in a small pan melt butter. Add flour and stir about a minute or until smooth. Slowly add milk, cook until thickened. Add grated cheese to white sauce until melted.
Add white sauce to vegetables that have NOT been drained. Heat thoroughly.
Top with extra cheese and bacon if ya want :)
Baked French Toast:
12 slices of bread
1 1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1/3 cup pure Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Cinnamon
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk syrup and cinnamon.
Butter a 9x11 baking pan.
Place 5 or 6 slices of bread in the pan and pour 1/2 of the mixture on the bread.
Place 5 or 6 more slices of bread and pour the rest of the mixture on top.
Cover the pan and put in the fridge overnight.
Next Morning.....uncover and cook at 350* for 40 minutes!

I like the new look- again :) So, how do you make one of those buttons? Very cool! Love the goals and menu planning. . . they inspire me to get myself in shape!
